- The Hotel Voucher is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and is non-refundable.
- Bookings must be made directly with the ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street Reservations team on +61 7 3337 9000 and advising of the use of the gift voucher.
- Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- The original gift voucher must be presented at ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street.
- The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date.
- The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion.
- No credit or change can be given on unused amounts.
- Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference.
